Kylie Holloway’s journey in care work spans over 30 years, starting with her early experiences volunteering at a nursing home in Ballarat, Victoria. These formative years ignited a lifelong passion for supporting individuals in need. Throughout her career, Kylie has worked in various care roles, developing the skills and expertise necessary to lead in the sector.
As the Director of Gwendolyn Support Services, Kylie has made it her mission to create an inclusive, empowering environment for individuals with disabilities. Her leadership in implementing innovative programs that promote independence and tailored support is transforming the industry. Despite challenges, Kylie’s resilience and empathy have been central to her success.
Today, Kylie is proud to lead Gwendolyn Support Services, continuing her lifelong commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. Her story is a testament to the power of compassion and dedication.
